Together, these two provide the fatty acids that are missing from the diet.

Nutrilite ™ Omega-3 Complex Dietary Supplement contains a blend of omega-3 oils from our certified Nutricert ™ supplier. In addition to salmon from clean Norwegian waters, it also contains anchovies, mackerel and sardines from the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

Anchovies, mackerel and sardines are found at lower levels in the food chain and therefore contain higher concentrations of omega-3 fatty acids.

One capsule contains about the same amount of omega-3 fatty acids as 28 g of salmon, tuna or sardines.

The combination of omega-3 containing EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to normal heart function *.

In addition to omega fatty acids, it also contains vitamin E, and for good quality, the fatty acids are encapsulated within 72 hours of being caught.
