Recommended dosage
1 tablet 2× a day, recommend after each main meal.

Ingredients
Contents of 2 tablets: Calcium (dolomite, calcium carbonate) 264 mg (33 % NRV*); magnesium (dolomite, magnesium carbonate) 144 mg (38 % NRV*); emulsifier: vegetable cellulose; thickener: gum arabic; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. NRV* = nutrient reference values
In the interest of easier orientation in the quantities of the active ingredients in extracts we indicate their actual (original) amount.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily  dosing. Store out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and dark  place. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
