Gelatin is a mixture of natural animal proteins needed to nourish cartilage and joints. The gelatin is approx. It contains 15% water, 85% protein and a small amount of inorganic substances.
Gelatin is used as an ingredient in pharmaceutical preparations, but is also used as an ingredient in dietary supplements. Glycine is a suitable source of amino acids from proline, of which it contains 10 to 20 × more than other proteins.
